Walking distance from great restaurants, bars, the Gulbekian Foundation, Corte Ingles and subway stations that took us everywhere in the city. A very comfortable, spacious and charming apartment, located in a neighborhood that has preserved its architectural charm. It has modern and convenient appliances, is well decorated and clean, and has enough space for 4 people to sleep in comfortably, two in each bedroom. An even better surprise for us was the host, Joseph, who could not have been more friendly, caring and helpful, giving us all sorts of suggestions and tips. We really felt at home! Next time we go back to Lisbon we will not hesitate to book it again.

The communication is superb, the apartment was 100% as expected and he was there to help you throughout the whole process. If there ever was even the slightest issue, even on a Sunday, he was there to help immediately. I have had other landlords in Portugal before and this level of service is unfortunately oftentimes not the standard - at least in my experience. I was lucky and very glad to have found Jose’s listing. I also do not write a lot of reviews usually, but this one is definitely worth promoting as finding an apartment in a foreign country can be a challenging endeavor but Jose really was fantastic and made the whole experience a very pleasant one. I saw several places with other agents, but I highly recommend Jose and his company. There are agents who show you properties that look good, but you really need to know more about how it would be to live in the area. This is where Jose was amazing! He not only showed me 4 properties within my budget in a day but was also able to tell me about shopping, restaurants, transportation, greenspaces, changes in the neighborhood, etc. Each property that he showed me was wonderful, but in the end, I chose one that ‘felt’ right based on the information he shared with me. Experiência negativa: Clara is a a shady realtor and an egregious scam artist who exploits clients with phony contracts. She lacks professionalism and will refuse to return deposits even after signing legal agreements stating that tenant is guaranteed the total amount. This company cannot be trusted. Avoid them and save your money and legal fees. Currently in the works of requesting for this agency to be reviewed by governing real estate license agency.

Experiência fantástica: Well is good to have a good or bad reports (we always learn and thats why we are here :) ) , but in this case, Ms Kay is lying, I repeat LYING. Speaking and using incorrect terms when after the lease was successfully concluded, (2021-2022) no one in 4 WorldLand employees could stand the constant messages of complaints, grievances, and "issues". Furthermore, the apartment by Ms Kay was handed over without any care or disdain in terms of cleanliness. (Apart from offensive comments x2x4) = I will not rewrite. Moreover, the owner of the rented apartment at the time did not see "her departure as the best day of the year 2022". Offending with hateful words (when in fact I should have offended my name, since I was the person who didn't have any person with well... xx% of mental consideration.
