Communication is very easy because the team speaks English well and often anticipates residents’ needs before you ask. The quality of their service is excellent, from housekeeping to maintenance, repairs, and general support around the building. Everything is handled quickly and professionally. They also maintain very good online communication with residents, which makes it easy to stay informed and resolve any issues. The condominium territory is always clean, organised, and well-maintained, and it’s clear that the team takes security and safety seriously. Overall, a very professional and reliable service.

One of the standout aspects is the concierge service always friendly, professional, and available. I’d like to extend a special thanks to the VIC team for their efficiency and kindness in promptly resolving any small issues that have come up. I also truly appreciate the sense of security here. The access control system with keypad entry and a camera connected to an in-apartment screen offers great peace of mind. The 24/7 presence at the garage entrance is another excellent feature that reinforces that feeling of safety. The surroundings are equally enjoyable. The riverside green spaces are perfectly kept and provide a lovely place to walk and relax. It’s also incredibly convenient to have cafés, a restaurant, a small grocery store, and now a pharmacy just steps away. Overall, Prata Riverside offers not just a home, but a high-quality living experience. Highly recommended!

Experiência fantástica: I like that there is someone here who care and that gives me a feel of security and someone always walks in the hallway and staircase as well as the courtyard to make sure everything is secure and everything is in good shape. The fact that they don't just sit in the room and look at the cameras means a lot that means are actively looking at various things around the buildings and that's a very big plus. They pick up the trash daily from each person's apartment. This is a very good service particularly for people that have a hard time going outside at night. They deliver all the packages to your door. This is very convenient for people that have a difficult time with mobility particularly for elderly people. All in all, they give us a very good service and feeling of friendly environments and feeling that people that work here care for you which is very important. They also go above and beyond. For example if you need something to be picked up for grocery they will do it for you without hesitation. They are part of the community and that's what matters most.

Package handling is efficient and secure, with no lost items or confusion. Their professional attitude and attention to detail truly stand out.

Experiência fantástica: We’ve lived at Prata Riverside for almost two years, so we've experienced both the previous management and the new management (Prata Living), and the difference has been like night and day. 1. Living at Prata feels much safer now. Before Prata Living took over, there were break-ins and petty crimes. The old management felt super dodgy and lazy, and at one point, we even considered moving out. Since the new team came in, they’ve really added value to the Prata Riverside project. 2. Whenever something goes wrong in the building, we can count on the team to take care of it ASAP. Luis takes great care of the building and we can tell he takes security very seriously. 3. I never miss deliveries or parcels anymore! The team kindly collects them when I’m not home and keeps them safe until I can pick them up. 4. Every single team member (Luis, Armando, Min, and the others) is incredibly helpful, friendly, and respectful. Having such positive and kind people looking after our building makes living here so much more enjoyable. Just today, a massive work table was delivered on a pallet outside my building. I was alone and had no way to get it upstairs, but Luis and Armando immediately stepped in and helped carry it all the way to my apartment on the 5th floor. I’m so grateful. I don’t know what I would’ve done without them. I’m so grateful for our concierge team. I honestly think switching to Prata Living was a huge win for the development.
