Experiência fantástica: My experience with the agency was mainly through Mr. Ron Isarin, who was a great help from the selection of the apartment until the deed signature. I have been dealing with many agencies in different countries before, but have never had such an excellent support as from Engel & Voelkers Tavira. Ron replied to all my questions which I sent from abroad, immediately or within a few hours and as I did not use a lawyer for the deed signature, he helped me in getting the documents and information ready for the meeting. He has a strong work ethic, and is very client-oriented and competent. I congratulate Engel & Voelkers for having him as part of their team.

Experiência fantástica: Miguel has taken the expression "a friend in the real estate business" to a whole new level. He has held our hands from the start of the buying process right to the end, and now with everything signed and completed, he is still going out of his way to help us in every step we are facing in the moving process. In Portugal perhaps the procedures are not quite as straightforward as one would hope, but his seemingly endless supply of friends in all council and utility departments really made the difference. It is immediately apparent from the reaction of these people to him that he is so well liked, and that really does "oil the wheels ". Experiência fantástica: We worked with Engel &Volkers in the Tavira office and are thoroughly pleased with the results! This was not an easy process for them because we were searching remotely and the team (especially Elisa!) was amazing: understanding what we wanted, explaining the process (not always straightforward ), and conducting virtual visits with us before we could physically go see our selection. Ultimately, we found our perfect house and Elisa and team introduced us to the contacts we needed to finalize our purchase! Yet he's been a constant help since, graciously answering our questions about Tavira and helping us in contacting professionals that will make our lives easier in Portugal.
