Experiência fantástica: I am one of the exceptionally fortunate people who can call Ana Martins of Mikasa Investments my realtor. What is rare about Ana, is that she treats you like the most important person on earth whether you're buying a million euro property, or in our case, just starting with a small, sea view apartment as a landing spot for our new country. I have been flabbergasted by her tireless support. She answered every question and concern, advocated for us with the landlords when other renters were also interested in the property, recorded a walking tour of the apartment I could share with my friends and family back home to ease their concerns about my move (everyone who has seen this video now wants to move too :D ), helped us negotiate key terms in the lease that would include our pets, advised on transfer of utilities, and even left a welcome basket with snacks in the apartment to make sure I had something to eat when I arrived after 24 hours of travel. WHO DOES THIS???!!! Despite being the head of the entire realty group with many staff and contracts to juggle, Ana still made the time, and I think this speaks volumes about who she is. Bottom line: If you're looking for a realtor who is well connected in the community with high levels of market and business savvy, yet who also brings compassion, empathy, and humanity to a business that often lacks these qualities. Experiência fantástica: Kate provided an absolutely brilliant service. It was not a sellers market and similar properties through other agents were not selling. Kate worked her magic on prospective buyers, managing to get three offers and helping us negotiate the best price. She then stepped in twice during the selling process when the sale looked in doubt and rescued the situation. To cap this she then acted as our agent for the purchase of the next property. She arranged viewings with the selling agents and lead the negotiations. We would have paid a much higher purchase price without Kate's guidance. She has become a close friend.

We did several trajectories with Kate, from having her look for our ideal investment home to looking for a low key small pie-a-terre in Lagos till renting out that same investment home including all the paper work, viewings, contracts and making sure you are getting paid. She is even involved with selling things like building plots. But..... you get more, Kate is not just a great sales, search and letting out person, but has an awesome personality and we love her as a friend by now. She is great work ethic, super thorough and communicates so well I call her communiKate. I could go on but I guess you have understood by now she is a 10 out of 5. Unfortunately Google doesn't allow us to rate above 5.
