Vielen Dank!

Experiência fantástica: My search for a property in the Portimão/Alvor area was a longer journey, lasting around one and a half years. Throughout this time, Sandra was a patient, reliable and professional guide. The property viewings with her were always pleasant, and over time she developed an excellent understanding of what I was looking for. She kept suggesting new properties that increasingly matched my preferences. I am especially happy that her final recommendation turned out to be exactly the right one. I have now found a property that truly suits me, and I am very grateful for Sandra's support, patience and commitment throughout the entire process. I can highly recommend working with her.

Experiência fantástica: I had a great experience with Engel & Völkers Portimão in selling our apartment. We worked with them on an exclusivity basis, and the whole process was handled very professionally. What stood out the most was how quickly and efficiently they prepared the apartment for marketing. I worked closely with Evert Boersma, who followed the entire sales process with enthusiasm, professionalism, and a very friendly attitude. One of the best parts was his consistent follow-up with potential buyers. We regularly discussed the pros and cons of each visitor’s feedback, which helped us make the right decisions and sell the apartment within the timeframe we were expecting. I would also like to thank Regina Neto, the team assistant at Engel & Völkers, who was extremely helpful throughout the process. She handled both the internal and external paperwork very professionally, including communications with the lawyers and all municipality-related documentation. My sincere thanks to Evert, Regina, and the entire management team at Engel & Völkers Portimão. I highly recommend them.
Dear Ebrahim,

Experiência fantástica: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ As Belgian owners who recently sold our villa in Portugal through Engel & Völkers, we would especially like to thank Aiym and Vasco for their excellent support. They combined professionalism with a very personal and caring approach, and were always positive, available and willing to help with practical matters throughout the process. Selling a property from abroad can be challenging, but they made everything much easier for us. We are very grateful for their dedication and would warmly recommend them.
Dear Katrien,
Thank you so much for your wonderful review and recommendation.
We are delighted to hear that your experience selling your villa in Portugal was such a positive one. Supporting clients from abroad requires dedication, clear communication, and attention to detail, and we are pleased that Aiym and Vasco were able to make the process as smooth and stress-free as possible for you.
We appreciate your kind words about their professionalism, availability, and personal approach which will certainly be shared with them.
Thank you for your trust, and we wish you all the very best for the future.

Experiência fantástica: Evert represented the seller, but he also treated us well as buyers. Responsive, clear, and genuinely helpful throughout the process — going well beyond what his role required. That kind of professionalism and integrity made the entire transaction smoother for both sides. Highly recommended.
Dear Andrey,
Thank you very much for your kind words and positive feedback.
We are delighted to hear that Evert helped make the purchasing process smooth and positive for you. Professionalism, transparency, and treating all parties with fairness and respect are values we greatly appreciate, and your recognition of this means a lot to us.
Thank you for your recommendation, and we wish you much happiness in your new home. Your Engel & Völkers Team Portimão
Experiência fantástica: Worked with Evert & his team to sell a large apartment in Alvor. They bring a rare blend of professionalism & courtesy, and went well above & beyond the terms of the contract. This was especially valuable to us since we weren't in Portugal during the sale and countless small details needed handling on our behalf. Compared to other agencies we'd worked with in the past, they secured a final price about 15% higher than competing valuations, and proved principled & ethical at every step. Would wholeheartedly recommend E&V, and Evert in particular, to anyone selling in the area. Thanks Evert!
Dear Alexandre!
Thank you very much for your wonderful feedback and recommendation.
We are grateful to hear about your positive experience with Evert and the team during the sale of your apartment in Alvor. Providing professional, trustworthy, and attentive support — especially for clients managing the process from abroad — is something we value greatly.
Your kind words regarding Evert’s dedication, ethics, and commitment mean a great deal to us, and we are especially pleased that we could help achieve such a successful result for you.
Thank you once again for your trust, and we wish you all the very best for the future. Your Engel & Völkers Team Portimão

Experiência fantástica: After meeting and viewing properties with multiple real estate agents over the course of more than half a year in our search for a dream home in the Algarve, I can confidently say that Claudette Martens from Engel & Völkers Portimão truly stood out. Claudette was knowledgeable, patient, respectful, and genuinely attentive to our needs rather than simply trying to push a sale. She took the time to understand what we were looking for, gave honest input, and made the entire viewing experience feel comfortable and professional. Although we ultimately purchased through another company, our experience with Engel & Völkers Portimão and especially Claudette left a very positive impression. Whether you are a seller looking for someone trustworthy to represent your property, or a buyer searching for an agent who will actually listen and guide you with integrity, I believe Claudette is an excellent choice. We would absolutely use the agency again in the future, whether for buying or reselling a property in the Algarve.
Dear Angie,
Thank you very much for your thoughtful and kind feedback.
We are truly delighted to hear about your positive experience with Claudette Martens and our team in Portimão. Your recognition of her professionalism, integrity, and genuine care means a great deal to us.
Even though your purchase was completed through another company, we sincerely appreciate your trust and your recommendation. It’s wonderful to know that Claudette left such a lasting impression during your property search.
We wish you every happiness in your new home and all the best for the future. Your Engel & Völkers Portimão Team
Experiência fantástica: My interaction with Engel & Volkers was truly a blessing in disguise. I had already started the process of selling my property in Portimao with a different agency (which shall remain nameless, located around Praia da Rocha) when, after several red flags, had the awful realization I was going to be ripped off. None of the steps they'd already taken seemed to show they were looking out for my interests, but theirs. Luckily, I followed my instincts and stopped the process just before the point of no return. I remembered that Engel & Volkers had an agency close to the boardwalk with the river view. Their name is one I recognized, as I've seen their offices in other parts of Europe and the USA. I just knew they had to be true professionals. I ran to their office. They didn't let me down. From their initial orientation to their meticulous handling of every aspect of the selling, knowledgeable and reassuring approach throughout, I knew I was in the right hands. The presentation they crafted in order to present to me how they were going to handle the selling was top notch. This was true quality and I won't think twice to use their service again in the future. Highly Recommended!
Dear Javier,
Thank you so much for sharing your experience with us.
We are truly grateful for your trust and very pleased that you chose Engel & Völkers at such an important moment in your selling process. It means a great deal to know that our team could provide the professionalism, transparency, and reassurance you were looking for.
Your kind words about our approach and presentation are highly appreciated, and we’re delighted that you felt in good hands throughout the entire process.
Thank you once again for your recommendation — we would be more than happy to assist you again in the future.

Experiência fantástica: in june 2023 i asked E&V to calculate the value of our appartment at de marina Portimao for selling in short time. I was pleased that the price they think tobe possible was very good. they startet with a professional photografer and a nice discription in advertisement on internet of all sites, where buyers were looking for. in twoweeks there are multiple visits resulting in 3 offers. wherefrom one the askingprice, what we accepted. The contact with them was very good. and they were a great help tofinish the selling with the lawyers and in 6 weeks the buyer handed over the check! i would recommend this agency, as we had very good and fast communication on professional way.
Dear Mr. Vanaken,

Dear Eléonore and Richard,
Thank you very much for your kind words for us and our colleague Noémie. We are delighted to have been able to assist you with your project and wish you all the best.
For any future assistance, we will be here for you.

Experiência negativa: Price for the condo out of blues, price and location is not worth
Experiência fantástica: Probably the best Real Estate agency in the Algarve
Experiência fantástica: Very friendly and helpful team! There's an overwhelming number of estate agencies on the Algarve coast, but this is the place to go to. I felt they really listened to me and weren't just trying to make a quick sale. :)
