We only had few days on our hands...she showed us different apartments to choose from, different areas to check out, drove us back to our place in next town, found attorney for helping with papers, who speaks English, arranged meeting with her, drove us there, negotiated price for us... Experiência fantástica: Dit team is deze review meer dan waard! Onze zoektocht naar een woning in de Algarve begon in november vorig jaar..We hadden totaal geen weet van hoe makelaars hier werken. Via verschillende zoekmachines kwamen we uiteindelijk bij Real One Estate in Albufeira terecht. Vanuit België gaven we een paar voorkeurslocaties door en woningen die we wilden bezoeken tijdens ons verblijf van 3 dagen in Portugal. Het team van Real One en met name Alison en Rute deden hun uiterste best om ons te begeleiden in ons avontuur wat best wel spannend was. Maar door hun aanpak, enorme inzet en volharding gaven ze ons een enorm vertrouwen om deze stap te durven zetten. Hier uiteindelijk aangekomen voelden we ons heel welkom en werd werkelijk alles in het werk gesteld om ons huisje te vinden. Elke noodzakelijke stap voor de aankoop van vastgoed werd uitgelegd alsook de kosten tot in detail zodat er achteraf geen onaangename verrassingen waren. Er werd goed geluisterd naar onze voorkeuren en na elk bezoek ter plaatse konden we perfect onze mening kwijt. Een droom werd werkelijkheid. Zonder dit team zou ons dit zeker niet gelukt zijn! We hadden totaal geen ervaring met investeren in het buitenland, spreken geen Portugees en toch verliep alles zeer vlot en professioneel inclusief administratieve steun en tolken ! João Miguel was a great help from start to finish; driving my wife over a week period all the way from west to east of Algarve and all places in between, to view potential properties that met my wife’s stated criteria. This got adjusted as she found out more about the houses and current Algarve housing market throughout the week with João Miguel working hard to find more potential options. He found us a gem and now 6 months later the deed is signed on our Algarve dream home. Experiência fantástica: We bought a house thank to Joao Miguel (real estate agent from this agency). With other real estate agents, on the same area, we were looking for 7 months. After we met Joao Miguel, we waited 1 week before he showed us 4 houses in our target. After 7 months, many houses visited (17 visits but we are picky about visit), we have found thanks to Joao Miguel our house. Joao helped us to manage everything : Find the house, negociate, manage papers,... We are not portuguese and his help was really appreciated. Joao speaks portuguese, english, spanish and french. He is very professionnel and trustworthy. You can work with him without any hesitation. The budget for this house was 1 Million. He found the perfect house for us.
