During our visit to the Silver Coast, we were connected with Nuno Ribeiro, the local agency expert, who guided us through our search with his professional and personable approach to supporting his clients. His background in architecture provided a critical yet fair eye on the quality of materials, construction methods as well as the builder reputation which is an additional consideration when purchasing/ building a new home in Portugal. He took us everywhere following up on our requests as well as offering alternatives for us to view. His relentless time and effort helped us compare between areas and properties to focus on what and where we really wanted live for a retirement retreat. We flew in for a few days and they managed the different viewing and presentations with the developers. Experiência positiva: In spite of the back and forth changing of appts, I liked the properties but did find them smaller than expected. We never did get to a 3 bdrm which might have worked but I did not care for the bedroom sizes. It would help to send a location map as we spent quite some time looking for the development and were late because of that. Seemed to be decent quality but were small for my liking.
