Experiência fantástica: Amazing villa - very generous space for 10 people. We didn’t hire a car and relied on Uber and bolt to get us around which worked well for us

Experiência negativa: Such poor customer service. Very defensive with all concerns raised with our villa, as you can see by their replies on here too, we are not the only ones. This is platform for genuine feedback from customers, learn from them!

Experiência negativa: Avoid this company. I have never had to write a review on anything in my life but unfortunately I need to. We stayed at a villa which was previously managed by another company so we know the villa itself was good. We had so many issues that it essentially ruined our holiday. All issues raised to elite but they basically said they offer poor service and the villa is in line with their expectation. Please book elsewhere and believe the poor reviews of other villas. (Pool issues, bad smells, cleanliness and safety as injuries caused). I should have taken more photos to showcase this to others to help them to know to avoid!

Experiência fantástica: We enjoyed a couple of weeks at the beach house at 37 Rua Casino in Carvoeiro. The apartment gets morning sun. It has all the modern conveniences you need, including washer, clothes rack, dishwasher, modern and clean showers and bathrooms. The master bed was very comfortable and the apartment is quiet at night. You could not be more centrally and conveniently located in Carvoeiro than this apartment. Grocery shopping is nearby and you are steps from the town centre, the beach, and many restaurants. If renting a car for your time in Carvoeiro (we didn't use it much) you should know that on street parking is available on Rua Casino but is tricky and competitive.

Experiência negativa: Von Elite kann ich hier nicht sprechen. Wir hatten über home togo gebucht. Diese verwiesen uns dann im weiteren Verlauf an Elite Rentals in Carvoeiro. Drei Wochen vor unserem Termin wurde uns das angesagte Haus mit vier Schlafzimmern abgesagt, und zwar ohne Angaben von Gründen. Gleichzeitig boten sie uns ein Haus mit drei Schlafzimmern an, welches in der Nähe des anderen Hauses lag. Dieses gefiel uns auch, und wir nahmen den Vorschlag an. Da wir bereits vor Ort waren, versuchten wir das erste Haus zu finden. Der Schriftverkehr belief sich über zahlreiche E-Mails. Da uns alles suspekt vorkam, sind wir in dieses Büro gefahren. Dort wurde uns dann endlich mitgeteilt, dass das erste Haus einen Sturmschaden habe. Uns wurde dann die Adresse des 2. Hauses mitgeteilt, die wir nach weiterem langen Suchen auch fanden. Als wir das Haus beziehen konnten, gab es keine persönliche Einweisung. Über 2 Codes kamen wir hinein. Wir wussten nicht, ob und wann eine Reinigung des Hauses und des Pools stattfinden würden. Der Kontakt mit der Firma Elite rentals gestaltete sich schwierig und schlecht verständlich. Das ganze zog sich über Wochen hin und belastete unsere Urlaubswochen sehr. Den einen Stern gebe ich für das schöne Haus. Ich kann diese Firma nicht empfehlen.

Experiência negativa: The response is absolutely untrue. We were only offered heaters on Saturday morning AFTER we told them we were leaving on Friday night. The only thing that has failed is this company! Avoid Casa Colmeia at all costs!!! Arrived in cold, wet weather to find the underfloor heating completely broken—no checks done before our month-long stay. The house was damp and freezing. We were promised a next-day fix, but engineers couldn’t access the pump because the owner had locked it. After three freezing nights, we were told nothing would be done until after the weekend. We left on the fourth night. They refunded the rest but kept the money for the uninhabitable nights!! Legal action pending. Creepy old owner next door did little to help and was typically only interested in profiting from misery.

Experiência fantástica: Elite Rentals should be regarded as the gold standard in property management in my view. Having experienced/suffered many others who are not efficient; who are not conscientious; who aren't problem solvers; who aren't readily available, and who never go the extra mile, Elite stands out for going way beyond expectations. They provided me with excellent service provision, and I highly recommend them.

Experiência fantástica: We had an absolutely wonderful stay in Carvoeiro and shamefully it’s taken me a while to get to writing this! In a nutshell we had a brilliant time at Casa Colmeia. The property itself is beautifully maintained, thoughtfully laid out, and immediately makes you feel relaxed and at home. Every detail has clearly been considered, which made our stay both comfortable and special. A huge part of what made the experience so enjoyable was the Elite Rentals team. They were incredibly helpful, attentive, and responsive from start to finish — always on hand to answer questions and ensure everything ran smoothly, without ever being intrusive. It genuinely felt like they cared about us having the best possible stay. We left feeling refreshed and already talking about when we can come back — and we’re pleased to say we’re already planning our return. Highly recommend Casa Colmeia and the Elite Rentals team to anyone looking for a stress-free, high-quality getaway.

Experiência negativa: AVOID CASA COLMEIA! Don’t let the photos fool you; this stay was a disaster. The underfloor heating was completely broken, leaving the entire place feeling like an icebox. Despite multiple messages, the host was dismissive and offered zero solutions. Save your money and stay somewhere where the host actually cares about basic habitability. Avoid at all costs.

Registration AO 74 HQ just went straight through a rotunda give way by Apolonia and would have knocked me off my scooter unless I was aware and hit brakes, plain dangerous driving so as he represents the company I would never recommend them!!! However I have just had a positive reply from the owner so keen to see the outcome

Experiência fantástica: Nous avons loué une villa à cette agence via Airbnb. Tout s'est très bien passé... Le système pour s'enregistrer et recevoir le Check-in est très bien fait . Nous avons rencontré deux petits problèmes pendant notre séjour qui ont été très rapidement traités par l'équipe ! Si nous revenons à Carvoeiro nous repasserons très certainement directement par l'agence.

Experiência positiva: Apartamento muito bom, impecável. Bem equipado e limpeza sem nada a apontar. O processo de reserva e de check in/check out é muito acessível, rápido e fácil. Podendo chegar e sair facilmente sem ter que esperar que alguem possa fazer o check in ou o check out. Apenas aponto uma pequena situação que tivemos, enviei mensagem para o número de emergência e não obtive resposta. Acabei por horas depois resolver o assunto, apaguei as mensagens mas nunca sequer ligaram de volta. Não foi nada que tenha afetado a nossa estadia, apenas chato. Acredito que se fosse urgente e ligassemos atenderiam e resolveriam. Aconselho. Se quiser voltar ao carvoeiro irem certamente procurar esta empresa.

Experiência negativa: Wirklich nicht zu empfehlen, 3 Wochen vor unserer Anreise hat man uns das Ferienhaus storniert. Als Begründung wurde gesagt, dass plötzlich eine Baustelle gegenüber ist und man wegen der Lautstärke leider nicht vermieten kann. Unsere Flüge sind schon lange gebucht, Mietwagen ist gebucht und nun haben wir kein Haus. Man hat uns angeboten eine Alternative anzubieten, leider kam aber keine Rückmeldung. Dann hat ein anderer Mitarbeiter mir erzählt, dass es eine Doppelbuchung gab. Auch das Geld wurde noch nicht zurück gezahlt. Unglaublich schlechter Service. Nicht zu empfehlen. Ein Arbeiter und eine Kleine Betonmischer ist aktuell im Einsatz. Wir haben auch mitgeteilt, dass diese Situation für uns OK ist. Aber wie schon erwähnt ist es wohl doch eine Doppelbuchung gewesen mit einer schlechten Ausrede.

Experiência negativa: Alquilamos a través de Airbnb un apartamento en Carvoeiro a través de esta compañía Elite rentals. Llegamos casi dos días tarde porque nos cancelaron el vuelo y no nos ofrecieron un descuento, nos cobraron la cuna del bebé y nos ofrecieron gratis solo la trona. A la noche siguiente de llegar, teníamos cucarachas en el baño de gran tamaño. Se lo comunicamos a Katherine y su respuesta fue que al día siguiente tomarían alguna solución a primera hora. Dicha solución fue ubicar dos trampas de supermercado en el baño. Además, cabe mencionar que no vinieron a primera hora, como nos dijeron, y por tanto entraron sin estar nosotros en el apartamento. Cosa la cual no es de nuestro agrado. Por otro lado, el día de irnos, teníamos que dejar el apartamento a las 10h, a las 10h entraron las señoras a nuestro porche sin querer darnos 15 minutos de Cortesia. Una de ellas, entró al apartamento, a pesar de que le indicamos que mientras acabamos de recoger y estuviera el bebé dentro no entrara. A pesar de ello, hizo caso omiso y entró al dormitorio. Nosotros dejamos el apartamento impecable ya que salíamos 15 minutos tarde y nos gusta dejar las cosas como nos las encontramos. Y además, el problema de las cucarachas persiste, no solo en el baño, sino en el resto del apartamento. Está mañana nos hemos encontrado otra en la terraza.

Experiência fantástica: Stayed at Easter in Casa Poppy and from start to finish was an excellent experience. Good communication throughout and a beautiful, clean apartment with stunning views on a lovely small complex close to the restaurants, bars and beach. Experiência fantástica: Our family of 10, three generations aged between 6yrs and 72yrs spent 11 days at the Villa Goldeneye. From the moment we arrived to the moment we reluctantly left we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The villa is as wonderful as the photos depict and exceeded our expectations. All areas and rooms were extremely clean, the towels in the bedrooms were made into towel art which was a lovely touch, just like arriving at a good hotel. There was plenty of space for everyone and I was pleasantly surprised at the amount of crockery and utensils available and we never ran out of anything. The large drinks chiller was a very welcome addition to the kitchen and well used. Underfloor heating in all bathrooms was a real luxury. We requested pool heating and we think it was well worth the extra payment for our February holiday and the grandchildren and us made good use of it. We particularly like the area that the Villa is in and have stayed nearby in the past but this Villa is certainly our favourite and we hope to return in the future. It is within easy walking distance to Benagil beach. We always hire cars for our holidays and the area is ideal for visiting many popular locations, it is attractive, quiet and away from more built up areas. All communications with Kate from Elite Rentals were dealt with quickly from my first enquiry to completion of our holiday.

Experiência fantástica: Renting a place somewhere you have never been before can be daunting. Elite made it easy and straightforward and, best of all, the apartment was everything promised. Fantastic views of Carovoeiro, walking distance everywhere, upscale decor and appliances. Highly recommend Elite.

We went to Elite Rentals and upon meeting Kate and her team we were impressed by their friendliness and how professional they were, we were immediately put at ease and felt very confident when we left. The villas were looked after so well, any problems renters had were sorted out that same day, the villas were always clean and maintained to a high standard, they were always helpful and no problem too small. During the current situation I was unable to go to Portugal but had complete confidence that the villas were being well looked after. Due to personal circumstances, I decided to sell the villas, Elite were especially helpful during that time, which I very much appreciated. I really can’t recommend Elite rentals highly enough. Experiência fantástica: We love Carverio with their restaurants and these apartments were ideally situated near the beach, centre and Clube restaurants. We got lucky with the weather in Oct as sunny in the day 26ish and warm in the evening. Steep walk back but many stops to admire the view over the sea and beach. There were only 2 of us so worth paying more for a 2 bedroom for space. Pool was not busy so no problem with sun beds. Car parking below if you rent a car.

We found Elite rentals to be very efficient in dealing with just a couple of minor issues which we had during our stay. Experiência fantástica: We stayed for 14 days at the Beach House One apartment in Carvoeiro that is just of the main square and overlooks the beach. It was a modern apartment in a perfect location. We just loved it and will hopefully returning next year to stay again. Kate and the team at Elite Rentals were helpful , friendly and so easy to deal with. If your looking for a rental company in the Lagoa area you can't go wrong. First class....

We hoped to visit Carvoeiro in 2020 but the pandemic meant we were u able to go. We contacted Kate and she was so understanding and rolled the booking over to this year. We have just returned after a wonderful stay at Casa Joanna and are already looking at another visit with family in 2023. I rarely leave reviews but felt compelled to do so and cannot recommend Elite Rentals enough. Thank you Kate and the team, see you all again in the near future.

We were very impressed with Kate and her team dealing with such difficult circumstances throughout 2020 and 2021. All of our concerns prior to travelling were answered promptly. Our villa was of a very high standard, beautifully equipped and maintained. We were well looked after and cannot recommend them highly enough. We will return and will book again through Elite.

Experiência fantástica: Just spent a week at Casa Isobel in Carvoeiro booked through Elite Rentals. This was originally booked for 2020 but due to the COVID-19 pandemic had to be moved to 2021. Elite rentals were extremely understanding of the difficulties we faced and moved the booking with no issues. On arrival at the villa we found a fantastic welcome pack which included many essentials including a huge bottle of water, particularly good if you have a late arrival with no shops open. The villa was spotlessly clean. The management team acted extremely quickly when we had a small issue with one of the beds remedied it within a few hours. Kate and the team members we have dealt with have been extremely pleasant and helpful. Would certainly book with Elite Rentals in the future

Experiência fantástica: We went to Carvoeiro on holiday for the first time this Summer. We rented a villa from Elite Rentals for two weeks. The whole experience was wonderful! They were extremely patient with all the questions and queries I had. They responded quickly and provided loads of great local info and advice. The villa was super spacious and very well located. We had a few things missing in the villa, but when we contacted Elite about it, they came with replacements in a flash. I couldn't recommend Elite more highly and Carvoeiro is now our favourite destination in the Algarve. We look forward to coming back.

Experiência fantástica: Anyone considering renting a holiday letting in the Carvoeiro area must check out Elite Rentals. They are a very professional, approachable and understanding company who I am very happy to recommend. With the Covid situation over the past summers, they very kindly held onto our summer booking from 2020 despite late cancellation on our part until we were finally able to make the trip this summer. They will reply immediately to any queries and have a vast selection of quality properties available for renting. This year they added virtual tours of many of their properties and it is a great help when selecting a home to rent. I recommend Elite Rentals without reservation and will definitely use their service in the coming years.

So considerate of the situation we have faced with the unknowing of whether we would be able to travel etc. Got back to us straight away with any enquiries and met all our needs with out fuss. The property we rented was fantastic and everything was as described. Amazing value, really clean with a maid service mid stay, we couldn’t fault it. So much so we are already enquiring about reserving the same property for next summer, and looking at other villas for our out of season breaks. We have rented properties with Elite over the past few years, all have been exceptional, and any issues have been dealt with promptly and professionally, even once on Christmas Day ! While there I picked Kates brains on buying a property and she took us to look at one just before we left. I kept in touch asking lots of questions which she patiently answered and during Covid 2020, I bought one...and Kate furnished it for me, offering advice, going shopping and being my parcel depot. Experiência fantástica: Elite rentals have been responsible for the management of our villa Casa Isobel for the last 3 years. They have been meticulous concerning the cleanliness and maintenance of the villa and I cannot recommend them highly enough. Kate and her team have always pulled out all the stops to assist us and our guests whatever the needs. We were stranded at the villa for 4 months due to the virus in 2020 and Kate arranged for all our food and medicines to be delivered weekly. And a very nice touch she even sent Fresh Flowers for Easter. It is so nice to know that our guests will receive this class of service.

The properties are always great, always clean and well presented, how ever it's the staff that make the difference. Nothing is too much trouble, so much so, that one year what we wanted wasn't available but rather than disappoint we were offered the owners own villa!! If that doesn't show commitment to customer satisfaction I don't know what does! Give them a go you won't be disappointed. Thanks Kate and the team

Experiência negativa: Elite was handling the apartment, where we stayed for 6 nights. As we arrived it was dirty - foreign hairs everywhere on the floor (I had it even on my skin later after shower, as my towel dropped on the floor!!!), trash under all beds and sofa, half of the lights broken, and tiny ants all over the place and balcony! Any complaints did not help, they brought the dirtiest vacuum cleaner I have ever seen so I can clean they trash on my own!

Had a couple of minor problems which were sorted out promptly and efficiently. No problems with recommending this company to friends and family. To the next occupants of Casa Clara ................you have chosen a gem !!!
