Experiência fantástica: After looking at a couple of houses they had listed, I settled on one which I absolutely fell in love with. Now that I’ve had some time to reflect on this purchase, I am confident to say that the business dealings with them was a fairly straightforward process, as much as it could be. There was always good communication with the agent. Even after the purchase, they will go out of their way to answer questions/get you set up with some utilities/recommend trusted trades people/etc.

The agents had all the paperwork to show us relating to habitations licence, plot boundary etc. They recommended an amazing solicitor, Paula Reis. They also have an in-house architect who talked us through all the regulations relating to renovation and extension. Highly recommend these guys, especially Rodrigo who knew everything about the property, neighbors etc. And Manuela the office manager who was always happy to clearly explain the process. Obviously do your own research but they were great to facilitate our due diligence in buying a property.
