Experiência negativa: Unfortunately, we have to withdraw our positive review; after the purchase and handover, it turned out that—contrary to Cosmos Real Estate’s description—the house was not in excellent condition. Many features highlighted in the listing were either broken or non-functional—including a pool cover that didn't work at the time of handover, yet the seller refused to cover the repair costs. To make matters worse, Cosmos recommended a contractor who turned out to be a fraudster and botched the renovation work, leaving us to deal with ongoing trouble and additional expenses for months. All in all, we have to conclude that we received very poor advice and that the agent portrayed the house in an overly positive light that did not reflect reality.

I am forever grateful to Cosmos for their expertise and the knowledge they shared with me. I feel they always had my best interest at heart which is unusual with property agencies - for me this makes them very special. Thank you Cosmos for all your hard work! Experiência positiva: Cosmos turned up on time for all appointments, both the initial valuation & subsequent viewings. They sold our home for the full asking price within days of us instructing them. Even though under offer they followed through on their promise to send a professional photographer just in case the sale fell through (even sending us a set for a keepsake!). They kept in touch throughout the process, were very professional & we have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone thinking of selling their home.

Both ladies are really great, really helpful, they know their houses, they know the legislation, the rules and the most important, they will inform you about the things that can be done or not, and they are saying the truth, avec a good relation with the client, are really polite and friendly. We worked with Mimosa Properties (worst experience ever) and with Cosmos Real Estate Portugal (probably the best experience with a real estate agency).
