From the very start, Luis has been nothing but helpful, friendly, and professional, making what could have been a stressful process feel straightforward and enjoyable. What really sets him apart is that his support didn’t end once the sale went through. He’s continued to go above and beyond, helping me arrange a borehole and guiding me through the process of getting electricity connected. That kind of dedication is rare and really shows how much he cares about his clients. On top of all that, I feel like I’ve gained a friend as well as a property. Trusting someone from another country was a big step for me, but Luis proved straight away that it was nothing to worry about. He genuinely cannot do enough for you. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would — let’s call it 15 out of 5 from me! I’d recommend Luis to anyone thinking of buying in this part of Portugal.

Experiência fantástica: I have only visited Portugal once but was able to confirm that I want to build my future there. I wanted a land so that I can personalize the design of the house. I wanted to be close to Coimbra and I saw this land in Cernache posted by Luis that caught my interest, but it was not big enough. Luis was not into manipulating me to buy what might not suit me, but rather chose to counsel me on how I can get what I wanted even if I must work with a different agent. I followed his advice, but I was not able to find another land that suited me in terms of location as the land in Cernache. So, I returned to him, and he worked out two options for me, one of which included approaching the owners of the lands close to the one I have interest in if they were willing to sell, and the outcome was positive, so we have a deal. I got the land I wanted as 3 different articles with the help of Luis. I never had to meet him in person and didn’t have to come again to Portugal from Canada to complete the deeds of the lands. Everything else was between him and my lawyer. He is very reliable and goes about his job with the highest level of professionalism and yet treats you like you are a friend. I got this feeling that makes me think I was the only client he has because that is the level of attention he gives, though it is obvious that he is very busy. He will manage his time to give your case the required level of attention. If I ever have to do anything that has to do with property again in Portugal, I will do it with him, so I RECOMMEND HIM!
