Experiência negativa: Der Eigentümer der Agentur kam auf mich zu und sagte, ich müsste ein angrenzendes Grundstück kaufen wegen in Portugal geltender Vorkaufsrechte, bei dem er übergangen wurde. Er drohte mit Gericht. Um mein Grundstück nicht zu verlieren, habe ich "seines" überteuert dazu gekauft. Bei der Abholzung hat sich der wahre Eigentümer/Nachbar gemeldet. Die Sache ging zum Staatsanwalt. Bei diesem hat er ausgesagt, ich würde meine Grundstücksgrenzen nicht kennen. Aussage gegen Aussage. Jetzt habe ich Grundstücke die durch ein 3tes getrennt sind. Vorsicht, hier wird ungeniert gelogen. Kann aber bestimmt auch mal gut gehen. Bei mir nicht. Vorsicht!!!

Experiência negativa: This estate agent secretly went into my rented house without my knowledge or consent. He filmed and photographed our belongings: furniture, clothes, letters. He even filmed and photographed the bedroom and children's room. In Portugal, the tenant's permission is required for such actions. It is an invasion of the tenant's privacy. And a violation of the General Data Protection Regulation. He even filmed and photographed the painting of our 10-year-old daughter Henriette. But art pictures of adults and children are protected by copyright and personal rights. Yes, even the personal image of a child is protected. I asked the estate agent to delete everything. But Esfera Real, Joao Neves doesn't care. I have now reported the illegal images and the YouTube video to Google and YouTube, to Idealista and also to the data protection authority in Portugal. I can't believe how unprofessional and lacking in transparency this estate agent is. I also had to change all my passwords because the broker presumably also accessed my company documents in the office. Because in the video, my business cards have been turned round, with the back blanco facing forwards. Without further comment. You'd better go to another estate agent!
