Experiência fantástica: We had the absolute pleasure of working with Rita during our property purchase in Lourinhã, and we genuinely could not have asked for a better experience. From start to finish, Rita went far beyond what one would expect from a typical estate agent. Not only was she incredibly professional and knowledgeable, but she was also exceptionally kind, patient, and trustworthy—qualities that made all the difference to us as overseas buyers. Rita regularly liaised between us and the sellers, attended every visit to assist with translation, and kept us well-informed throughout the entire process. Her attention to detail and commitment to ensuring all documentation was correct gave us great peace of mind. What truly stood out was her proactive approach: Rita personally went to City Hall to clarify confusion around the plot size and made sure everything was accurately documented. She also offered invaluable advice on local schools, amenities, and places to visit, helping us feel welcome and informed about our new community. We were initially recommended Rita by another expat who had met her during their own home purchase—though she wasn’t their agent, they were so impressed with her professionalism that they wished she had been. Now, after going through the process ourselves, we can completely understand why. If you’re considering buying property in the Lourinhã area, we wholeheartedly recommend Rita. She made what could have been a stressful process smooth and easy, and we’re confident we’ll buy from her again in the future. Thank you, Rita, for everything!

Experiência fantástica: I can't speak highly enough of Rita and her team - they turned what could have been a complex and stressful process into a smooth, straightforward experience. They kept us informed every step of the way, which gave us real peace of mind. The local expertise that Homemaze brings made a noticeable difference and fully justified our decision to go with them over the bigger national and international agencies. It's rare that I feel compelled to write a recommendation, but in this case it fully deserves it.

Experiência fantástica: We highly recommend Homaze and Rita Pinto for your real estate purchase or sale. She is a gifted agent and enjoys working with people who are new to Portugal. We recently purchased a home and worked closely with Rita in that process. Not only is she kind and personable, at every step she went above and beyond to make the purchase easy and smooth. She anticipated our needs and was there for us at every step of the process. Here is the most amazing thing: Rita was representing the sellers and we were the buyers! She and our wonderful agent, Francisco, worked closely together and made sure everything was seamless for all concerned. We are expats and needed extra assistance because we did not know how these things are done in Portugal. Rita's patience and kindness made us feel comfortable and at home through what is often a very stressful experience. We cannot say enough about how fortunate we feel to have worked with Rita.

Experiência fantástica: Homaze Portugal may translate to 'I like it.' They guided us through every step of the process very professionally, starting with the initial offering, moving through the deed, and finally organizing contracts with vendors. Additionally, we received many helpful suggestions at no extra cost. Everything was handled in a highly responsive manner, and the communication in perfect English was extremely beneficial for us as foreigners. In a nutshell, if you are looking for a partner to help you find good property in Portugal, Homaze would be the right choice."

When we decided to sell our property in Portugal and purchase another, it was easy with her. Her knowledge of real-estate in Portugal comes unparalleled to any other agent we have dealt with there in pervious years. She is always ready to help with anything you need, any question you may have she always has the answers. We trust her completely with any decision's we need to make there. Rita puts a lot of effort into the relationship's that she builds with her clients, as she did with our family. Thank you Rita for all your efforts in selling and helping us in the purchase of our new home. Thank you again from the bottom of our hearts, Micheal and Fernanda Miceli.

Rita and Tania were always easy to get hold of, very responsive and looking to go the extra mile for us. They ensured that they fully understood our needs and also made sure that we understood our responsibilities as sellers. Rita’s fluency in English was a great help to us, as we are still trying to learn Portuguese. Would 100% recommend Rita and her team.

Experiência fantástica: The VERY BEST estate agent we have ever had the pleasure of working with! Rita is really exceptional! After searching for years, we eventually found the property we were looking for with Rita's help. She went above and beyond in assisting us with the purchase, helped us to open a bank account and arranged the transfer of utilities (all of these not very easy if you are not a fluent Portuguese speaker). I highly recommend Homaze and Rita if you are considering buying or selling property in Lourinha.
