Experiência fantástica: Diana and Juca helped us hire our flat in Sintra. We had a full round of search with them in July 2025 and we learnt after this round that we are not moving in immediately but in Feb of next year. They were so accommodating regarding this sudden change. They were not only helping us to find right place but also so instrumental in helping us settle in Portugal. The fact that they have sorted out utilities for us was another point to mention. Highly recommended agency..Looking forward to working with them again.

Experiência negativa: Be extremely careful with them. Together with the landlady, when renewing the contract, they forcibly pushed 3 deposits to me in the apartment that's older than me, with super old furniture. They sign only 1 year without the ability to renew, and then negotiate hard and push you every year to sign a worse and worse contract. Usually, at the last moment, when if you move out, you wouldn't find an apartment in time. When I was moving out, they used every scratch possible to justify outrageous damage claims (for example, fixing the sofa at the cost that it's cheaper to buy a new and better one, fixing the dishwasher with a few broken pins at the cost of a new one etc). So out of 3x deposits, they didn't return a single cent to me. Judging by the inventory that was extremely detailed and listed everything to the last fork, it is a common practice and was planned from the start.

Their exceptional market knowledge prevented us from wasting time on apartments that would have been unsuitable, and their round-the-clock accessibility and outstanding communication turned what would've been a very stressful process into one in which we always felt supported and cared for. Experiência negativa: I never thought I’d post this - but I need to warn others. After lawfully terminating our lease due to toxic air conditions, we were illegally locked out and denied access to life-saving medication. No protocol was followed. The apartment was “handed over” on the hood of a car under security watch. My partner later suffered bilateral facial nerve paralysis, which doctors linked to the extreme stress we experienced. Rosa Real Estate, represented by Diana Nunes, was aware of our health conditions - and still took part in this devastating process.

Experiência negativa: Avoid This Real Estate Agency – Lack of Professionalism We had a deeply disappointing experience with this real estate office. We were assured that the property we rented would meet the specific requirement of being mold-free, as this was critical for us due to health concerns. However, shortly after moving in, it became clear that this was far from the truth. The property not only has widespread mold issues but also high levels of formaldehyde and volatile organic compounds (VOCs), creating an environment that is not just uncomfortable but genuinely hazardous. Despite raising these concerns repeatedly, we were met with dismissive responses and an unwillingness to take responsibility. This level of unprofessionalism and negligence is unacceptable. We trusted this agency to provide us with a safe and habitable home, and they failed spectacularly. If you value honesty, professionalism, and your health, I strongly advise against using their services. Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere for a trustworthy and reliable real estate partner.

Experiência fantástica: Really helpful service. We arrived in Portugal three years ago, and Juca and Chris helped us find an apartment to rent in Lisbon while we found a house to buy. Juca and Diana then worked extremely had to find us a house in Alentejo, which we completed on last week. All very friendly and efficient, including helping with other extraneous items which are very useful when new to a country. Highly recommended!

Experiência fantástica: Purchasing an apartment in a country we’ve never visited before, and doing it remotely from 5,000 miles away due to the pandemic, could have easily been an experience filled with anxiety and uncertainty. The company helped us find a beautiful rental home in Quinta Patino (Estoril) in 2008, and when we decided to return to Portugal in 2018 she found us a wonderful home in Quinta da Penha Longa in the Sintra Natural Park. Juca and her team will always focus on the customer needs and what kind of environment will make you feel ‘at home’. She will go out of her way to connect you to the appropriate counterpart, and make sure she gets to a win-win deal. Juca is candid, and will tell you the plusses and the minuses of a potential property without beating around the bush. Support of all the work leading up to a transaction is excellent, RRR has good contacts with banks, building engineers and architects, as well will help to get a critical legal review of all the documents needed for a transaction. Last, after the deal has been closed the service of RRR does not stop, the RRR team will lend a hand until the point in time needed.
