Five Star Properties - Portugal

Experiência fantástica: This is the third time we’ve worked with the 5 Star Properties team, and there’s a good reason we keep coming back. Their knowledge of the real estate market in Cascais, Sintra, and the broader Lisbon region is outstanding. Every step of the way—whether we were selling, buying or renting—they offered thoughtful advice and made us feel completely supported and confident. We are truly grateful for their dedication and professionalism. Keep up the fantastic work! Gracias Marisa, Teresa & Tiago.

Experiência fantástica: Amazing service all the way to the keys. Thank you!

Experiência fantástica: It’s not by chance they are called 5 Star Properties….truly professional and incredibly helpful! I had very specific requirements during my property search and Marisa was tireless in her efforts to find the perfect home for me, communicating with me at all hours including weekends and personally visiting the properties and showing it to me on FaceTime as I was not in the city. Her team, especially Teresa are exceptional! They went above and beyond at every stage of my search until closing day. I’m known for being a very demanding client and I can only praise them for their professionalism and support. Truly fantastic and exemplary! I highly recommend Marisa and her team! A huge thank you

Experiência fantástica: My experience with Five-Star Properties was outstanding. The whole process of selling my house was smooth, simple, and fast thanks to the excellent team. Special thanks to my sales agent, Marisa Azevedo, who was exceptional. She is highly knowledgeable, very attentive to details, incredibly proactive and excellent at consistently bringing qualified potential buyers. Also, funny enough, her initial pricing study proposed a value I wasn’t sure about at first, but in the end she was right — the house sold fast at a price very close to what she recommended. I highly recommend Marisa and Five-Star Properties to anyone looking to sell their home.

Experiência fantástica: We worked with different agents and agencies while looking for our house, some good some not so, but Marisa is just a different league. She really understands what you are looking for, makes sure you don't lose time on things that are not a great fit, even though that means visiting it herself. And when you find the right place, she knows how to get the deal done. It won't be soon :), but we'll definitely work with her again.

Experiência fantástica: Right from the beginning, Guilherme was friendly and very professional. Very knowledgeable about property in Cascais. He worked hard to find us a beautiful 3 bedroom apartment. Nothing was too much for him and he went over and beyond what we expected from a real estate agent. We would highly recommend him.

Experiência fantástica: Very efficient, professional and friendly service. We sold our apartment and bought 2 houses with them and it was a fantastic experience - thank you!

Experiência fantástica: When we decided to purchase an apartment, our lawyer recommended Marisa as an agent who was thoughtful, experienced and focused on giving her clients excellent attention and service. This was true in her work with us as she used her significant experience to deliver thoughtful and personalized care with a high level of honesty and integrity. She understood and honored our requirements and budget, while offering excellent suggestions about location, size and type of building. As we searched ‘Idealista’ for listings, she provided insight into the properties we found and provided additional listings to consider that met our parameters. She was able to find the location for listings that allowed us to see the buildings before arranging a visit, saving us a lot of time. Having found the property we desired, Marisa’s experience was invaluable in determining the size of our offer. Following its acceptance, she worked effectively with us and our lawyer to ensure the due diligence and documentation was completed on schedule and budget. We are very satisfied with Marisa’s expert and thoughtful assistance. Most importantly, living happily in our new home, we are very pleased with our purchase.

Experiência fantástica: Marisa did an amazing job from beginning to end of the process!! She was always punctual, answered all of our questions in detail, and helped to make the home buying experience a pleasure. Even after we purchased the home, Marisa went above and beyond her responsibilities which really showed us that she cares deeply about her clients. Also Teresa is on her team is so so nice and has helped tremendously! This team is highly recommended- we loved working with them as new home buyers in Portugal :)

Parabéns Marisa and Team

Simplesmente 5 estrelas! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Experiência fantástica: There are no words (in the English language, at least) to capture the attentive, patient, and above-and-beyond service that Sandra and her team provided to us during every phase of our search and purchase process. After finding the flat of our dreams while visiting Lisbon, Sandra dedicated herself to setting us up for a seamless closing process from abroad. She literally held our hand through document translations, deadlines, and a few bouts of expat buyer’s anxiety (mine!). Seriously — not only is Sandra a consummate professional, she extends herself as a warm and welcoming resource for almost every aspect of buying and setting up a home in Lisbon. Our home is beautifully furnished today (just 6 weeks after closing) because Sandra connected us with her interior designer associate (the sublime Renata, don’t even get me started on her many merits!) If not for Sandra’s tireless care in seeing us through this sometimes confusing and overwhelming buying process, I really don’t believe we’d be where we are today. If you are an expat needing guidance on buying in Portugal, call this national treasure of a woman.

Experiência fantástica: A great team to help and advise when looking for a home in the Cascais and Lisbon area. Marisa is a serious, reliable and dynamic real estate professional. She knows the market, strives to understand and meet your needs and does not push to buy something that does not suit you. When came the time to execute a transaction she put us in touch with a very competent legal team and assisted all the way through completion. I really enjoyed dealing with Marisa and her very helpful team members such as Teresa. I can recommend her.

Experiência fantástica: We had to find a rental within just a few weeks in a market that was red hot and difficult for renters. We reached out to this team for help and they were AMAZING. Experiência fantástica: Stunning property and excellent client service! We had a brilliant experience with Marisa and the team at Equipa 5 Estrelas. With an international move from UK to Cascais it could’ve been a stressful and challenging process but everything was managed brilliantly. Marisa went the extra mile with outstanding client service and highly responsive communication throughout so we were able to move swiftly and secure a brilliant property that’s now our beautiful home. When we arrived Marisa shared helpful links and local knowledge to help us settle in the area and even a welcome gift. We can’t recommend Marisa and the team highly enough.

Experiência fantástica: Marisa and her team are the best! We look forward to working with them again.

Experiência fantástica: I highly highly recommend working with Marisa from Equipa 5 Estrelas! Marisa is extremely reliable, professional and kind. She was always available when I needed her and provided valuable advice throughout the process. It was such a pleasure working with her, it made the whole experience stress-free and really pleasant. My advice: do not hesitate to reach out to Marisa, she deserves more than 5 stars!

Experiência fantástica: Once more we are surprised with the efficient resolution of the contract with the new tenant. All the process was brilliantly done – the photo/video reportage, the advertising and most important the contact with the parts. We highly recomend the team.

A equipa é “10 estrelas”!

Experiência fantástica: For 35 years we dreamed of owning a home in Portugal and we were finally ready. Our biggest concern was finding the right Realtor that we could trust and that would really lookout for our best interest. Coming from America and not knowing the ropes in purchasing a home in Portugal, this was crucial to us. Thank goodness we found Marisa & Sandra! Not only did they make the house hunting fun and relaxing, they were so responsive, knowledgeable and professional. And today we are happy owners of a lovely home in Lisbon, Thanks to these two wonderful Realtors, our dreams have been realized.
